How to choose
Coverage
At 77 inches tall, the AL5000 covers the full height of most adults standing, so there is no repositioning between areas.
Wavelengths
It emits at 630, 660, 810, 830 and 850 nm in a 6:24:3:3:24 ratio, spanning the visible red and near-infrared bands.
Irradiance
Rated above 190 mW/cm². When comparing panels, check the distance at which each manufacturer states its figure.
Panel alone or a suite
The Nordic Glow suites pair the panel with an infrared sauna: the AV2 runs on 120V, while the AV3 needs a dedicated 220V / 20A circuit.
