Warranty terms are set by each product's manufacturer and vary by brand and product line. The Company manages all warranty claims on your behalf — you do not need to contact the manufacturer directly. The Company makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Applies to Aspen, Everest, Peak, Teton Cold Plunge Tubs and AV2, AV2 Hybrid, AV3 Infrared Saunas.

Heaters, stoves, and chillers supplied with LeisureCraft products are manufactured by third parties and carry their own warranty terms. Coverage is limited to replacement of parts and excludes service, labor, and installation.

All electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with this requirement voids the warranty on LeisureCraft products and their electrical components.
Not covered: normal wear and tear; improper installation, including electrical work not performed by a licensed electrician; insufficient or improper maintenance, including failure to tighten the stainless-steel bands after installation; natural weather conditions and the natural movement, checking, or color change of cedar over time; failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage, or care instructions; and service, labor, installation, or removal costs associated with any covered claim.
