What electrical does a suite need?

The sum of both units. The Ritual (AV2) and Starter run on 120V outlets. The Ritual (AV3) adds a 220V / 20A hardwired circuit for the sauna, and the Premier a 240V hardwired circuit for an electric heater.

Which Fire & Ice suites qualify for Orivon White Glove delivery?

Only the Starter and Premier. White Glove delivery is available on Orivon pieces only (the Auris, Lumin and Frost); the Ritual suites ship curbside. Ask your concierge for details.

How to choose

Indoor or outdoor

Decide this first. Three suites are built around indoor infrared saunas; the Premier is built around an outdoor cedar cabin.

Add up the electrical

A suite needs what both units need. The Ritual (AV2) and Starter run entirely on 120V outlets. The Ritual (AV3) needs a 220V / 20A hardwired circuit for the sauna, and the Premier a 240V hardwired circuit for an electric heater, each alongside an outlet for the plunge.

Match the seating

The Ritual (AV2) and Starter seat two in the sauna, the Ritual (AV3) three, and the Premier three or four.
