The Company offers products and packages in the wellness and spa category, including Nordic wellness products, spa packages, indoor and outdoor sauna products and packages, outdoor showers, cryo-booth products or packages where expressly offered, and related accessories and lifestyle items. Plunge tubs are not offered unless expressly listed on the website.
The products sold through the website are offered for general wellness, lifestyle, and consumer use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not represented as medical devices or medical treatments. You should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before using sauna, cryotherapy, cold exposure, or heat exposure products or practices, especially if you have cardiovascular concerns, blood pressure issues, respiratory or neurological conditions, diabetes, implanted medical devices, sensitivity to heat or cold, or any other condition that could be affected by these products. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include, unless expressly stated: sales tax, shipping charges, freight surcharges, customs duties, import fees, installation fees, site preparation costs, or carrier accessorial charges. You are responsible for all such charges that apply to your order.
We do not impose a surcharge or any other fee for selecting any accepted payment method. All prices listed are the same regardless of which payment method, financing option, or card network you choose at checkout. This is consistent with our payment platform agreements and applicable law.
We use or may use: Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. By providing payment or financing information, you authorize the applicable provider and the Company to process your transaction for the full amount due, including product price, shipping, tax, and applicable fees.
Third-party payment and financing providers may impose separate terms, underwriting criteria, privacy notices, dispute processes, financing disclosures, and eligibility requirements. The Company does not control whether a transaction or financing application is approved, denied, delayed, reversed, or disputed.
Buy Now, Pay Later financing options (Klarna, Affirm): If you use a BNPL payment option, your financing agreement is with the applicable financing provider. Refunds on BNPL transactions are credited to your financing account and may take additional time to process as described in our Return and Refund Policy. You remain responsible for any scheduled payments during refund processing until the refund is confirmed by the financing provider.

These are estimates only. Delivery timing may be affected by product type, freight scheduling, supplier processing times, weather, carrier delay, inventory constraints, holiday volume, address errors, or force majeure events. Large-format or freight items may require additional lead time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, ensuring access to the delivery location, inspecting goods upon delivery, noting visible damage where applicable, and coordinating any needed installation or trade services. For oversized items, delivery may be curbside only unless another delivery level is expressly stated.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided, or at such earlier point as may be specified by the applicable carrier arrangement.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Company's Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Orders may be cancelled only if cancellation is feasible at the relevant stage of processing. Once an order has been transmitted to a supplier, entered production, been packed, or scheduled for shipment, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is allowed after processing has begun, fees or deductions may apply.

UK and EU Consumers: If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have rights under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for distance purchases. During this period you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, including original delivery costs, with limited exceptions (such as custom-made goods or sealed items opened after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons).
